Investment and Approach

Where possible, we work on a fixed-fee basis to provide clarity from the outset and keep the focus on quality, scope and outcome. Each proposal is tailored according to complexity, pace and the level of support required.

For work outside a defined package, support can also be provided on an advisory basis. Typical rates begin at £85 per hour or £500 per day, with senior or specialist input priced according to scope.

Retained and project pricing is shaped around business size, the maturity of existing documentation and processes, and the degree of responsiveness and strategic input required.
